Chapter Membership

For those interested in joining one (1) specific chapter in any state.
Membership price: $50.00

Dual Chapter Membership

For those interested in joining two (2) specific chapters in any state(s).
Membership price: $75.00

At Large Membership

For those interested in obtaining a general non-chapter specific membership. This member level does not entitle you to a local chapter affiliation or chapter specific events without prior authorization, even if they are in your local area.
Membership price: $25.00

Membership Terms

Our organization is run on a fiscal (calendar) year so all memberships expire on December 31st of the current year. Our yearly renewal period begins October 1st. Thus, if you join today, your membership would be valid thru 12/31/2020.  All membership fees are non-refundable.

TERMS

By proceeding with this online application, you agree to abide by the Mocha Moms, Inc. Code of Conduct, Solicitation Policy and all National and/or Local Chapter Bylaws. Based on the legal structure of Mocha Moms, Inc. (referred to as “nonmembership”), you understand that by paying dues, you are considered a “supporter” and not a legal member of Mocha Moms, Inc. Legal membership is limited to the National Board of Mocha Moms, Inc. only, however, as a member of a local chapter, you do have the rights and obligations accorded to members of that local chapter. In addition, you do hereby release Mocha Moms, Inc., its chapters, regions, officers, directors, representatives, founders, subsidiaries, affiliates, designees and assigns from any and all damages, claims, suits, expenses, liabilities, losses or any other cause of actions involving yourself, your property, a member of your family or any minor in your care which may arise at any activity sponsored by or affiliated with Mocha Moms, Inc. This waiver shall remain in effect for each year you belong to Mocha Moms, Inc. In addition, the National Board of Mocha Moms, Inc., at its own discretion, reserves the right to revoke the membership or supporter status of anyone at will.
